Ordered online once I figured out I order at this location not a Papa John’s close to me I called. I couldn’t reach anyone until the order was already picked up by door dash. The store told me I had to take up the issue with DoorDash. I called DoorDash. They told me the store had to fix the issue. I called again to the Papa Johns only to be told the manager was unavailable and would call me back. Never to this day have I heard back from the manager.
