The customer service at this place is phenomenal, we incorrectly ordered a meat pizza and we dont eat any pizza. But when we called the woman manager in charge switched it out as a personal favor and made our dinner. Not many places do this without any changes to the delivery time. This is customer service at its best!!
Multiple orders wrong from deliveries and bad customer service in store. This review is the culmination of multiple poor experiences. Based on reading other reviews, management clearly doesn’t care, which is unfortunate.
They did awful. I waited 2 hours for a medium pizza! They don’t even know how to answer a phone.
