Slow service, pizzas are always delayed a half hour after promised time on carryout. Severely understaffed, I waited at the register for ten minutes before I was acknowledged. Gonna stick with Toppers Pizza - longer drive but always ready on time.
Went to pick up my family’s online order at the sun prairie papa John’s. When I arrived the assistant manager was yelling at another customer saying I won’t look at your phone every 5 minutes to tell you order isn’t ready. The customer was using a translator app as he was not fluent in English. The employee (assistant manager) then started yelling out whose orders he had, but ignored everyone and went back to boxing pizza. Too much sauce at this location. I think they should ask customers light or heavy sauce and I don’t think I have had any good pizza at this location
