Pizza was undercooked and late
Only 2 guys running the show on a Saturday. I know they were doing their best. Hopefully they get more staff.
I would not recommend this Papa John’s location in Sun Prairie. The place looks run-down and not well maintained, and the employees were not friendly or welcoming. I also noticed employees preparing pizzas without wearing gloves, which made me very uncomfortable about the cleanliness and food handling. Overall, the restaurant needs better cleaning, maintenance, customer service, and attention to food safety. Definitely not a good experience.
