The number goes to a call center and not the store. I got a medium pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. It came with neither. I used to manage a papa John's and know how much pepperoni comes normally and with extra. I couldn't get a hold of the store and was far away before I realized that my pizza was not what I ordered. They vape in the store and sometimes don’t wash there hands I’ve seen some sneeze on pizza also
Pizza quality is trash. and all the workers there have no clue what they’re doing. company needs to be shut down.
Had a long hair baked in the pizza, also was not cut, on top of all that been trying to get my money back for a week with no sign of getting my refund
