Ever since they switched to Doordash delivery the pizza shows up stone cold every single time. Every. Single. Time.
I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor. no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts, and there was no communication regarding my order status. To make matters worse, the delivery was never completed, and it seems like there is a serious lack of professionalism and basic competence in handling orders. Situations like this reflect poorly on the company’s standards
