The past several times we've gotten pizza here its been terrible, the crust has been paper thin and soggy in the middle, and the topping distribution is just disgraceful. Last night the service was exceptional awful as well. We ordered online and when the app said the pizza was in the oven it gave a time range for when it would be done, we arrived at the end of that range, and side note we did tip. Got home and seen my order was wrong. Called the store for a remake, i mentioned that I did not want to get back out, they did not even offer delivery or anything. At the store I told them I should not have had to get back out. I will stick to dominos, they go above and beyond with their remakes.
