I was disappointed in the quality of the take out pizza. I haven't been a customer of PJ in a while. Feels like their quality has gone down hill and bit.
The manager Becca is not a customer first kind of manager....my order on the app said it was ready for pick up when I went in to pick it up Becca said they had not even put it in the oven yet...she did not even attempt to make it right for the customer just very unprofessional and service sucks!
Seriously ruined my dinner!!! Ordered a cheese pizza extra sauce with and 3 cheese blend and get a pepperoni pizza as a delivery and do not wanna leave the house and they're plan was a credit or come and get it!!! Seriously they need to know how ruined my dinner was!!!
