I have ordered from a few papa johns in my time, but this was the one that sticks out. I ordered boneless wings Garlic Parm and Buffalo, and barely any sauce on each order, nothing like the pics on the site. Called the store, no answer, even sent a complaint ticket, still waiting. I gave this 2 stars cause the pizza was just as I ordered, bread sticks almost burnt, they are know for pizza so atleast that was right.
Been getting carry out from here for a while for the kids. Orders are always prompt and are ready when the app says they are ready courteous service inside, gentlemen with the dreads. Does a nice job with customer service and checks the food before it goes out the door
Got my order wrong couldn’t anwser the phone for over 30 mins. Kept putting me on hold and took over 2 and half hours to get my right order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
