Was doing door dash and the lady in the store told me I couldn’t com into the store until she was done with all her orders and I stood in the cold for 20mins waiting and sat in the car for an extra 30mins while she made everyone’s order and then proceeded to give me my doordash order
I decided to try the new pan pizza from Papa John's. I ordered the Pan pizza I looked at it. I told the lady it was overcooked she said no it's not. If you want good pizza don't go to papa john on Oleander in Wilmington. The pizza so overcooked when you bite it crunchy and hard like a croutons.
They were closing at 7pm. Didn't let me come into store for security reasons. They had 3 customers in store waiting. Had to wait outside in the cold. Definitely lacking on customer service.
Horrible service, super unfriendly staff, overall terrible experience
