I ordered on your website for delivery. After an hour I called to find out about my order and was told DD didn't pick it up. I was under the impression it was being delivered by papa jojn since I didn't order through DD. I asked how long it was sitting. She said about a half hour. I told here I didn't want pizza that's been sitting. I asked if she could remake them and I would come get them she said yes. Took about 10 minutes to get there. I used to absolutely love coming here. The employees were always incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and the pizzas were consistently great. It genuinely felt like a place that cared about both its food and its customers. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very different. Every time I’ve gone in lately, there has only been one person working. That employee always seems completely overwhelmed and overworked.
