I been waiting 5 minutes to someone to take my order! I said “hello” twice, I clap my hands and nobody came to take my order. There was a guy with his phone and never came front to take my order!
I ordered a small pizza on the mobile app, Pepperoni with mushrooms, well done. Well i received my order and you guys burnt my pizza. I ordered from papa John's and always selected well done. I don't like they normal bake because sometimes the dough don't be cooked all the way. I do well done cheese don't be burnt and you can see the your mushroom. I just called the store and spoke to a Mgr. Didnt apologize for the burnt pizza. Just offered a refund. Like ok I just wanted the damn pizza replaced just quick to give the money ... read more
