*UPDATE* A manager called and apologized and said they would speak to Door Dash to make sure I'm refunded. Unsurprisingly, Papa John never refunded the order nor the tip I left the driver (no tip if you don't deliver my order). DoorDash said it was Papa John's responsibility and Papa John says it's DoorDash. so they literally just stole my money, kept my order AND forced me to tip $5 . i wonder how often this happens. They can’t count. Order 6 wings you will get 5 and no refund nor will anyone accept blame. Didn’t know the count was optional. 6 wings should be 6 wings, not a suggestion. Second time you have done this in a year, just to me.
