We were staying in Gatlinburg during the snow storm. All the restaurants had closed early and didn’t think we were going find anywhere to eat. We called Pappa John’s and they were open and delivered a pizza to our room. Thank you all for doing that.
Pizza never arrived. When I called to check on it, the manager initially said the driver would get back to pick up my pizza and deliver it in a few minutes, but then just canceled the order and lied to me, saying I told her to do it.
Please please do not order from here. These people are very dodgy. We ordered uber for our family. After quite some time we get a message saying we can savea bunch by picking up and as it was taking ages we decided this was best option. We get to this place and they tell us the order was cancelled by us. I showed them the active order but they insisted it was cancelled by us.
