I'm not sure what has happened recently at this location. This used to be the best around. Ordered delivery today, waited over expecting delivery so I called the store, some girl answers and supposedly was checking with the driver on his location, told me he's almost here. I waited another 30 minutes and called back, and was told the guy said he knocked on our door and nobody answered.. Tonight I came in and placed an order and they got the order wrong. I notified them of the issue before I exited the store. The lady was very rude and tried to say it’s not her fault even tho she didn’t hear me correctly and refused to remake it correctly. I asked for a manager and she said there was no manager and she is the shift lead and refused to give her name when asked. Apparently this store doesn’t use tamper proof seals when using delivery services. Caught my driver tampering with my food in my driveway and the shift lead said they haven’t been instructed by DoorDash or anyone to use tamper proof seals of any kind.
The shift lead for tonight needs to be fired. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service experience in my life. First she hangs up on me mid conversation because my order came from door dash. She had zero interest in helping rectify it or giving me the information I needed. When I go to the store with my question of are they putting tamper proof seals on the boxes she says they don’t do that at this store and she refused to tell me her name to make a complaint with her manager.
