My family loves Papa John’s but are starting to get frustrated with the assembly of the pizzas. They put the TOPPINGS on first and then the cheeses. The result is all the cheese and toppings slide off the the crust and it is very difficult to hold/eat. Please assemble correctly in the future. Updated 7/3/26: miss the old crew. from around 1/2 year-2 years ago. They were the BEST. I looked forward to coming into Papa John's. The crew tonight, around 9:45 PM were awful. They completely ignore you, then when you try to help, and get your order that's been waiting for an hour, they tell you "don't do that again". They've BEEN awful though. Food arrived cold after 1 hour of ordering. Mngr only offered 30% off next order. This store should close its doors permanently. I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS HERE! AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL FOOD. GOT SICK VOMITING TRYING TO EAT IT!!! WILL CONTACT PANHANDLE HEALTH DISTRICT TO FILE FORMAL COMPLAINT.
