Burnt pizza and left off toppings
Let me wait 45 minutes then decide to close the store and cancel my order. None of the drivers felt comfortable driving 5 minutes to my house. We live in Kentucky. Do they expect to drive on Sandy Beaches? Never again!!
$5.25 delivery fee?!?! Come on, that is crazy! Gas prices are the lowest they've been in 5 years and the driver, from my understanding receives $0 of that, so whats it for, pure profit?!?! Come on Papa John's! 🤦
This is quite possibly the worst papa johns, I called trying to order for delivery, the girl on the phone sounded high, she kept giggling and saying “what did you want again?” The entire time I was ordering. I only ordered two pizzas and surprise surprise when the food got to my house it wasn’t even right. The pizza is usually 80% dough , I thought papa johns changed their recipe but then I went to the papa johns on bardstown road and the pizza was phenomenal.
