I was waiting for my pizza when an employee made a mistake. Another employee reacted angrily and used inappropriate language toward her. I found this unprofessional.
I've tried calling multiple time and no one ever answered even waiting on the line over 10mins. I tried emailing it says the order number isnt correct? We ordered delivery through the website but doordash delivered. We were missing the cheese bread. I stopped the dasher before she left and she said she didn't have it. There should be away to contact the store that you can get through to especially when you pay delivery.
Terrible customer service at this location. Pizza is cut wrong, manager is rude to customers and employees. If you call with a complaint they will black list your number.
i called the store twice to check on my order that’s been delayed over an hour. both times two separate workers hung up on me. — i know it’s christmas eve but that was unnecessary.
