I ordered a pizza at 4:52 on the website. It said the pizza would be ready between 5:00-5:15. My husband got there at 5:00. They said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. The website reported the pizza was picked up at 5:10. However, for the next 40 minutes, my husband and several other increasingly angry customers were told their orders would be ready soon. In this time, no food was produced for anyone. At 5:40, he was finally given the pizza. We will not be returning.
This place will mess up your order and blame you for it. Don’t order from this place unless you trying to get rob for extra toppings you ask for and never get it.
Make sure you guys check your food before leaving. I order stuff crust garlic just looking at the pizza look correct to me. Went home to feed it to my kids everyone just happy to grab a slice and as they are eating it everyone notice theirs no stuff crust. I’m too busy doing other stuff did not bother to check and as soon as they complaining to me theirs no stuff crust I took what’s left which is half the pizza back to papa John’s to let them know I paid for stuff crust and did not get it.
