“Bothered Customers, Cold Pizza, Papa John’s.” My pizza took almost an hour LONGER than quoted, and was delivered to me COLD by someone from Door Dash, who had a translator app just to let me know it wasn’t his fault. While I was waiting, I called the store, but it kept telling me the call failed, leaving no way for me to connect and even figure out what’s going on. I ordered a pizza thay doordash was supposed to deliver. They gave my pizza to the wrong person and told the dasher that someone already picked it up. They will not answer the phone. 3 dashers and a call to doordash customer service later, I got refunded. It took an hour an a half to not get my pizza and get no information from or communication with anyone at the store. Never again.

Came in to grab my pizza and the employee at the register was eating a cookie and continued to eat the cookie during the duration of my transaction. Handed me my pizza without saying a word then proceeded to count out my change with one hand as he ate a cookie with the other hand. It took so long to get my change that I told him just go ahead and keep it because It was taking over 2 minutes to count out 51 cents with his chosen method. Will not return to this location. 💯
