The food is great except minimum efforts 3 stars
I like their pizza , especially the one with cheese.
Customer service is terrible- just hiring anyone it seems. Terrible phone etiquette. Rude, and impatient Don't even bother. Take your business elsewhere, they obviously don’t want it.
Was told couldn't get free parmesan and special seasoning packs if it isn't on the order. I only asked for one each! Has never been a problem at any other Papa John's ever! Food is always rushed and messy. Very Poor customer service!!! Go to the Iowa City Papa John's!
