I just wanted to give a shout out to this location. I unexpectedly had to work super late and this location was one of only a few restaurants still open. I put in my order about 40 minutes before the store closed. They waited for the driver to pick up the food before locking up for the night. I was so hungry and this pizza literally saved me from eating vending machine food all night. Thank you-thank you-thank you. I highly recommend this pizza restaurant. Returning customer for sure!
I have given this location too many chances. You order extra cheese, you get less than a normal amount. The consistency and quality is lacking. You can go to any other location and the pizza is made correct. I order well done, on a slow day, and they never do it. Tonight I ordered a Shaw-o-roni. You can see in the image, there are pieces of pizza with almost no cheese on it. Tried to order pizza for our babysitter while my wife and I were on a date night. An hour after it was supposed to be delivered, tried calling for a status update and they kept putting me on hold. Was never able to speak to anybody and pizza was never delivered.
Terrible service. Almost everytime i have ordered from this place there is something always going wrong. Either not having thw product or just forgetting it all together in the delivery. I would never recommend this papa johns to anybody
The Muirfield location of Papa John's has always been incredibly careful and helpful when ordering pizza for my daughter with multiple food allergies. We ordered this evening and Cody took my order over the phone. When I picked up he assured me that the space and cutter was clean when preparing our dairy allergy pizza. We appreciate this location allowing our family to have fun and safe pizza Friday nights!
