I order food to be delivered from the tramway location in alb nm and was told 38 mins for delivery and a hour and a half later I call them back and ask what's taking so long and was told by a rude employee that yes the are open until 1 am today but dont have any driver or no door dash driver and cant deliver the food I already paid them for and that they cant and will not do anything about it and that I can call back tomorrow and hopefully a manger will be in to talk to me on why they are taking orders and payments for food ... read more
Every time I order from this location, something goes wrong. They give me the incorrect order, I place an order and it isn't delivered for over two hours (and was never delivered, the pizza arrives raw. I have never left a review somewhere before, but I feel the service here was inadequate enough to justify it.
Pizza was hot and ready when we picked it up. Plenty of pepperonis and garlic sauce.
Great pizza!!
