Horrible experience. Rude workers. Ordered food through app. Not door dash, they tried to deliver through door dash and they didn’t deliver, brought food back to store. And said they went to address and no response. When I was actively waiting and no one came. I called to resolve issues, especially because I work in food too and I’m very understanding. Rude, and inept. The delivery driver was anything but respectful,.Regardless of the fact there pizza tracker is worthless, she stated she waited 5 minutes (2, in reality) and gave me SERIOUSLY disrespectful attitude. You want good pizza at a good price AND have professional drivers, call DOMINOS. Heck, call ANYONE besides Papa John's! Sorry Shaq, Findlay is just ridiculous!
Ordered a pizza, off of DoorDash so I understand it is also a DoorDash issue. Received the pizza an hour and a half late. I ordered a bbq pizza with sausage and ham, received a pepperoni pizza with pizza sauce. Called the store, the person on the phone was rude, I understand if there is nothing you can do but you could at least be nice.
