The pizza was below average quality, with crust making up over a quarter of each slice. What arrived looked noticeably different from the photo listed online — a classic case of picture vs. reality.

Staff could be… friendlier. I forgot to order extra sauces and when I asked the girl got rude telling me I should have ordered them and theyre not free etc. Like, I was fully expecting to pay for them I just forgot to add to the order, but I guess she thought I was wanting them for free. Either way, she could have just rang me up for the $2 or $3 instead of being all rude about it first. Every other experience was great and love the pizza.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Papa John’s. Before placing my order through the app, I specifically called the store to make sure they would accept cash at the time of delivery. I was told yes, so I went ahead and ordered. When the delivery driver arrived, he set my pizza on the ground. I handed him cash, and he told me he couldn’t take it.
