Ordering online is good, but getting a door dash driver was not. Did not want a door dash driver and it should be forewarned that is possible. Then, pizza was undercooked for both of them and breadsticks were supper salty. Not satisfied at all!!
I've tried multiple locations and I feel like this company is dying. Atleast here in san antonio. No crew not even a driver. Just one manager to run it all. I honestly feel bad for the manager left to do everything. It's sad. I used to love this pizza.
The pizza was below average quality, with crust making up over a quarter of each slice. What arrived looked noticeably different from the photo listed online — a classic case of picture vs. reality.

Staff could be… friendlier. I forgot to order extra sauces and when I asked the girl got rude telling me I should have ordered them and theyre not free etc. Like, I was fully expecting to pay for them I just forgot to add to the order, but I guess she thought I was wanting them for free. Either way, she could have just rang me up for the $2 or $3 instead of being all rude about it first. Every other experience was great and love the pizza.
