Have had very mixed experiences. Sometimes you are greeted and treated like a valued customer, but most of the time it's nothing more than "you picking up?" We've also had orders cancelled after we picked them up and paid in cash so they could pocket the money which cheated us out of rewards points. Orders have been wrong and missing bread sides before too. Unfortunately it's the only pizza option in a 30 minute radius

Came to pick up order twice at the store the First Lady was very pleasant no issues. Second time about 2 hours later a manager was in the front extremely rude for no reason. I told her she should not talk to people disrespectfully, power drunk she refused to give me the order. Reported her to the service

Went to do a door dash and the person that was behind the counter was very disrespectful... How y'all do business like that and I saw roaches tables was dirty like her mouth

Would give a zero if possible. Manager is very rude and hung up twice while I was simply letting her know they made my pizza wrong and it was terrible. I never asked for money back or a replacement I just simply was letting them know in hopes they would want to better themselves but apparently not. Ownership has yet to reach out in regards to the situation even though when I called corporate they said it was a franchise location and someone would reach out and it’s been a month and still nothing
