We use pickup. The pizzas are always ready when scheduled. They always taste delicious.
Just wanna give a shout out to Rob, awesome customer service. Asked me if I wanted peppers and cheese, also if I needed plates or any cups. Tried to upsell me on some drinks which I already had purchased otherwise I would have because he was so freaking awesome. I’ll be coming back thank you so much for reinventing customer service at a pizza place. It’s the little things thank you.
Isaiha was amazing great customer service very helpful and made our food delicious even brought it out to the truck to us. Thank you so much. We’ll be back.
The worst pappa John's I have ever been too they ignored me when I came in the door the short short lady was not very nice and very unhelpful I asked her if I could use my digital card in store if I had the number because it was not working online.she told me yes than when I go in there again to do just that she stated that I cannot use it and that she did not tell me I could cool so I go back outside and I was able to get the barcode I go back in and ask if she can scan it like that she tells me I don't have a way to do tha... read more
