They close at 11pm. Order cut off is 10:50pm. Placed an order at 10:10pm. Order was canceled but card was still charged. Tried calling the store sat on the phone for 5 minutes and no answer. Go up to the store, door is already locked and the place is all cleaned up! Tried making us pay for the order AGAIN after we weren’t refunded for the first canceled order. Watched the same thing happen to another customer as well. Absolutely ridiculous. 🤷♀️

I recently ordered four pizzas and wings online from Papa John’s for my family. I placed the order ahead of time and showed up when it was supposed to be ready, only to find out the employee hadn’t made it because he said he didn’t see the order. That was frustrating, especially since we were expecting to pick it up and go. To their credit, they made the order while we waited, but the overall experience was disappointing.
