Hands-down, the best Papa John’s around always quick fast, friendly service
Tried to get ahold of a manager and kept getting put on hold! This establishment has rude employees! No pizza place is so busy that they have to put you on hold for an hour, at 9:30 at night on a Sunday!! Give me a break!!
They scam ppl for over 5 bucks for delivery charge and don't give it to the driver, and they don't even have their own drivers. So they use door dash and screw over door dash ppl. They don't even show me if they give the separate amount i tipped for the driver other then the charge. So basically you spend 10 or more extra bucks to hope maybe the driver got 5.
Husband made an online order to be delivered at 730p...order didn't show up. I called about 840p and was told there was a system error and they'll have the order here in about 25-30mins. The pizza was COLD, not cooled off a little, but cold and dry like it had been sitting for an hour and a half. There was no apology or anything when I called at 840p.
