I ordered a Pizza for delivery to my mother who is in the hospital in Lubbock. I gave specific instructions including the address to the hospital, my mother’s name, and her room number so the pizza could easily be delivered to her. I received a text that the delivery driver that said, “I’ll leave it here for you at the emergency entrance. I'm not sure what happened in the last month, but Papa Johns has been worthless. Their website breaks every time I try to check out. I tried calling the store the after having that issue a second time, and while the phone was picked up, no one was there. No one answered, no one talked to me, just chatter in the background. I won't be ordering from Papa Johns again.
