I ordered through the Papa John’s App. On the instructions it has you specify to “Leave order at my door” or “Door delivery”. My husband and I were returning home from an 8 hr trip so we ordered Papa John’s to be left at our door, so when we arrived it would be there and we could eat and go to bed. Awful it should give you an option to give zero stars, we ordered our pizza and about and hour went by so we called and they said that our delivery driver was on the way, then waited about another hour and called again for the girl to say the driver just came and picked it up? If I could have given no stars, I would have. Shitty customer service. Food never came and employee said order was picked up (we waited 30 minutes when it is only 2 miles away) and food never came. Employee had an attitude and hung up the phone on us. Would not recommend. STEER CLEAR go ANYWHERE else.
me and my family are staying about 9 minutes away. we needed dinner, and nobody wanted to go get it, so we used the delivery guy. we waited over 2 hours and never received our pizza. DO NOT recommend this place at all.
