Placed an order online the same way I do every week in Iowa that was then sent to this Florida store refuses to help correct. ‘Tim’ told me to figure it out and there is nothing he can do for me. Refused to give me his managers name, store number or district managers name or contact. Very rude and unprofessional belittling saying I was not smart enough to order from the correct state and that was my fault.

The worker seemed to be drugged, my sister had to call the police and the worker also threatened to call the police, I wouldn’t want to think that he could be racist because my sister spoke Spanish with her friends. In addition, the policeman had to tell him to return the money because he didn’t want to do it either. What a disappointing service, we have been using this pizzeria for 5 years and it is the first time that we have been served so badly.

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE OF XENOPHOBIA IN THIS PLACE FROM A WHITE EMPLOYEE, TALL, TATTOOED AND WITH BIG RED EARRINGS. HE SAID A LOT OF RUDENESS TO US FOR NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH PERFECTLY!
