Edit from original review. Manager Jason reached out to me. He was extremely kind. He and Summer took my issue serious and made it right. The new pizza was exactly as it should have been.
Wish I had read the reviews. Ordered through the app which put me next door and wrong room number for some odd reason. Didn't get the extra sauces I paid for, nor the napkins I requested. Driver, who I tipped $10 at order and $5 after delivery shrugged me off. No way to review/complain on their app. I'm done, Papa John's. Thought I knew ya.
If you're like me and love Papa John's once and a while, go somewhere else this store is terrible without fail.
Always the best
Ordered a pizza with a Pepsi and when it was delivered they gave me Pepsi zero sugar, which I cannot have. I paid an extra delivery fee and they still got the order wrong. They have done this to me previously as well. When I called them they tried to blame the doordash driver, even though I ordered through the papa John's website and not door dash, therefore it was not the dashers fault because it was not his job to check the order.
