Love papa John's pizza. However, staff needs training in customer service. First, I walk in guy looks at me i say im here for pick up. He said ya we will be with you in a sec. He goes to finishing up making pizza.in mean time this other guy comes printing stickers off putting them on several different boxes, fixing boxes, throwing wrappers away, printing more stickers and so forth. Staff is amazing.
We actually went into the store to order, which we rarely do anymore. The service was friendly and efficient. He even got us a great deal without us even asking. I will be picking up from this location from now on. The pizza was deliciously hot and fresh. My son said it was the best Papa John's pizza he's ever had.

I ordered a sandwich last night and garlic bread. I truly wished I had left the garlic bread there. The Philly Steak was all that, but I ate maybe half and tossed the rest. Customer service was good, but I will not go there again for anything.
