June 2024: The store is clean, and the staff are friendly, but the pizza just doesn’t hit the mark. Not sure if they use the standard franchise recipe here. I’m not claiming that Papa John’s is the best pizza in the world, but there’s definitely something special about the nostalgia. Good pizza
Great pizza and great service. The customer service at this location is top notch -- super helpful and accommodating and they also quickly answer phone calls. Much appreciated!
Worst customer service I've had in a very very long time. Kid on the phone was rude and inconsiderate. He refused to fix a incorrect order and said because they use door dash as their delivery drivers now there's no way to fix my order. I asked for his name and he refused. I asked for a manager and he laughed and refused.
