Pickup Order was handed over to somebody without verification . They’re not apologetic about it and didn’t do anything to get it right. Bad experience overalll
ordered $80+ of pizza from here and had it delivered. my food looks like they straight up dropped it HIGHLY DISCUSSEDED IN SERVICE. plus NO dipping sauce for bread sticks.
This location at night just not care . I ordered a STUFFED cheese pizza , paid $40 via DoorDash for delivery . Why did this pizza come unstuffed ?! Called the store at 11:30 pm May 30th and of course no one answered. Won’t be ordering at this location again. Just lazy .
I seldomly get pizza, but when I do, it’s through this Papa John’s in Anna. The staff is always nice, and the manager Terrell has always gone above and beyond.
