Can’t get an actual person on the phone and can’t even place an order.
We placed our order around 8:07 PM and received the wrong food about 30 minutes later. We immediately called the store and were told they would take care of it. After waiting another 30 minutes with no update, we called back and were told they couldn’t get in touch with the driver. They said they would call us back, but we never received a call. We called again and offered to come pick up the order ourselves. At that point, we were told the driver was on the way with our food. Another 30 minutes passed and still no delivery.... read more
