Placed an order online. It confirmed prder was received and was being made. I get there and the lady said they was closed ( They werent when I placed the order ) I walked in and showed her the confirmation amd she argued with me and said it wasnt her problem. Papa John’s completely dropped the ball on my order, and I’m beyond done with the nonsense. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have sausage and banana peppers — simple enough. What I actually received was a joke. One single slice had all the banana peppers piled onto it like someone dumped the container and walked away. The slices on each side had maybe two peppers each. Terrible ingredients, terrible pizza should be their slogan. I have no complaints about the staff other than I wish the guy handling my food would’ve washed his hands after smoking his cigarette out front. I was grossed out. So I ended up giving it to a homeless individual. I did end up ordering from another location. I hate to throw shade, but the pizza is so bland. No flavor at all.
