I usually am not the type to complain but I arrived here around 10:15-10:20 I just learned they dont take order after 10:30 and the people were nice about it but I was there earlier than the time they stop taking orders, shouldn't that time marker be respected? Employees need more training on the hours, unfortunately I dont get out of work till late and I just wanted to stop by and get a small pizza for my family. 1 hour no food they forgot to make the pizza the brent the pizza so we got are money back and left
We always order carry out and its always ready on time and hot to go. Also, I've talked to some of the employees and they're always friendly and have good customer service.
Joseph provided awesome customer service when previous door dashers miss-handled an order and he replaced the order so fast my delivery time wasn’t even affected. The DoorDash customer was very appreciative as well
Had issues but the manager that worked tonight Thursday 1/8 was stellar. He’s a gem and deserves recognition for his professionalism and customer service.
