Joseph provided awesome customer service when previous door dashers miss-handled an order and he replaced the order so fast my delivery time wasn’t even affected. The DoorDash customer was very appreciative as well
Had issues but the manager that worked tonight Thursday 1/8 was stellar. He’s a gem and deserves recognition for his professionalism and customer service.
I got a half price pizza today with the Promo code
We order two large pizzas and are told between 7:51 and 8:01 on a Thursday. Ok I show up at 7:51 to find that my pizzas haven’t even been started yet. I sit here and at 8:20 my pizzas STILL have not been started yet. This happened to me before but thought it was a one off. Nope, this place doesn’t know how schedule proper personal so this doesn’t happen. Multiple people waiting inside and out. This will be the last time I go here. Poorly run location
The manager, Daniel handled a situation where my pizza order was delayed with professionalism and ownership of their mistake. Well done!
