I have been a loyal customer of Papa John’s in the past, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. On a previous order, my food was marked as delivered but never actually arrived. In my most recent order, I waited a long time only to receive the wrong item. I was also charged for an extra topping that was missing from the pizza. Papa Johns is always nice and neat inside…food is always delicious,my family and i always eat from here and will continue…we recommend this location…thanks papa johns staff…

Been a while since Ive had papa johns. It use to be really good and consistent. Well for twenty bucks this is what I got. NOT WORTH IT. What happened to paphohns? Also they upgraded the building by painting the outside. Did nothing on the inside or parking lot which is terrible and very DARK. THE sign it doesnt even work . I say to the owners just sell it to someone who wants to improve this location from top to bottom.
