What I ordered and the second pic is what I got . Does not look the same ! Taste like some nasty yum yum wing sauce on my bread sticks . Called manager and they didn’t even offer to refund me. “ it’s the same way we been making it for years, I can’t do anything if there is nothing wrong with the product “
Typically order from here no issues ever until today. Pre-order for a 700 delivery. Pizza arrives 15 minutes after requested delivery. No big deal food was fresh but I ordered a cheese pizza with their cheese bread and bread sticks. The pizza had no sauce on it at all. Called the store told them the issue was told that they would bring a new one just had to switch the pizzas. Again no big deal until its been almost an hr and still no pizza. And I cant stay up all night just waiting for my dinner I work early mornings.
I ordered a pizza at 8 PM and after 3 hours of trying to contact the store they cancelled my order and gave no explanation to why it didn’t show. This store has the absolute worst customer service. I would highly recommend choosing a different location if you’re thinking about ordering here.
Waited for a very long time for our order, found out it was forgotten about for almost an hour before we talked to another deliver driver. Delivery driver was very helpful, but the manager Jason was extremely rude on the phone, and then didn't pick up after we called multiple times.
