This location was ok just months before but has declined severely. I’ve never said anything bad about any Papa John’s pizza but this supposed “NY style pizza” was NOT anything remotely close to NY style. As soon as I opened the box it looked more like thin crust which I happened to like thin crust as well. After eating it, it tasted more like I was chewing the pizza box. This location is terrible. As most of the other comments say, this location is the eyesore of papa John’s and honestly the reason why I’m skeptical to order a pizza from ANY location again. The pizza I ordered was absolutely drenched in sauce (as if it was on purpose?) to the point where all the toppings just slid off because it was not properly cooked. Editing my review after management intervention. They were very quick to respond and correct my issue I returned to the store today (about a month after the initial bad visit) and it was miles better this time around. Happy to see the quality and consistency that's normal from Papa Johns. I'm hoping my past visit was a one off. Ordered carry out. $60 in food and paid in cash.
