Ordered a vegetarian pizza through DoorDash and was disappointed. It took 45 minutes to arrive, and by the time it got here, it wasn't even hot. I usually stick to Domino's but decided to give Papa John's a try but the taste wasn’t great. $20 for a small pizza.
Can't even delivery food properly get a new delivery driver who actually likes there job
I've been a papa John's customer for many years across many locations, and have never gotten a pizza like this. Large pepperoni on original crust. The crust was very dry and tough. Also wasn't much pepperoni. I'm hoping this was a fluke
They never pick up the phone. I called eighteen times in a row because I needed to fix a mistake on an online order, and absolutely nothing.
