The manager is a rude as hell. I waited over an hour an half for a 45 dollar order. The manager said if he can’t handle it he can go somewhere else. It’s ridiculous
Ordered two pizzas at 10:30pm and never got them. After calling back the next day manager just told me they are going to refund the money. No apologies, no trying to make it right, not even offering to just make and bring me my pizza. I will not be coming back to this Papa John's.
This is the last time I’ll ever come here until that extremely rude big lady is fired she talks to everyone like she’s way better then anyone and I’m sick of if I’ve got friends and family up there in waverly that have experience it as well with her it’s insane
