Pizza crust was overcooked and hard to eat. Zero customer service. The kid at the drive up window just stared at me and said nothing after I said hello. I gave my name for the order and he handed it to me and still said nothing, even after I said thank you. Sad thing is, I added a tip to the online order. My bad! This is twice in a row now with the same results. No more chances. Time to spend my money somewhere else and so should you!
Thank you for not answering my calls. I ordered delivery on 10/3 from the Hewitt location. A lady called me at 6:41 and said she is at my apartment and I needed to come outside to get my pizza. Sorry I’m on the second floor and paid for delivery and tip. She then called 20 minutes later and could not find my apartment. Still daylight out and informed her first builds etc. then 6 minutes later some guy knocks on my door handing me a pizza. Not the delivery person just a neighbor walking his kids.
