The flavor of the entire pizza was homogenous as nothing. Never had a pizza without flavor but it looked real good. They need the Papa back at Papa John's.
Definitely one of the worst locations in Cincy! Order just got delivered with a half eaten wing in the container! They will not answer their phones nor make their mistakes right with the customer. Don't waste your money!
Got shorted all my dipping sauces and screwed out of $3 coulda got a draft beer for that. Chatted online and they said I was SOL
I ordered pizza and it was sent to doordash which makes the delivery longer, I was under a time crunch and live right across the street but unable to get the pizza as I was waiting to go to work in 10 minutes (about 15 mins after ordering online) and waiting for my daughter to get off the bus, why I had it delivered. I kept calling the store and it kept going to hold for almost 8 to 10 minutes. Back when I was in this store we ran it much differently. Very disappointed and now my daughter is going to go hungry.
