Ordered online for delivery and it was passed off to a DoorDash driver who never arrived and had a disconnected phone number. Called the store, and when someone finally answered, we told them what happened. We had to wait another 40 mins for pizza that came soggy and lukewarm with stuff missing. Called back and was told we could wait another 40 mins for the rest of our order, we asked for a refund and was told we could not get a partial refund, but credit on our account that I don't think I'll be using because after this exp... read more
I just love it when the rare occurrence that we do order pizza. We pay for delivery and it shows up cold cause the door washer makes 3 stops before delivery.
They’re always very friendly when I come in to pick up orders for DoorDash
