We ordered 2 large pizzas. After about 15 mins we showed up and asked about our order. We were told “I’m not sure what happened to your pizza, but we’ll start it again now.” We then waited another 15 mins.
I love Papa Johns and they usually have very good deals, however after the experience at this place I'm never ordering from Papa Johns again. At least with Little Ceasars or Domino's I always get a pizza. I placed & paid for an order consisting of ONE pizza at 10:40pm online, store closes at 11:00pm. I was informed to pick it up between 10:50-11:00pm. There was plenty of time to make one pizza, however my order was cancelled by the store.
