Driver called about something I couldn't hardly understand him. Had a bit of an attitude. I go to sign the receipt and asked where the tip was he says "There isn't one on there right now" but it was how he said it....I know for a fact I put one online. I guess it didn't go through. Still no reason to act the way he did regardless. First time I've ordered a pizza in years and that's what I get. Shame.
We have giving them several opportunities and we had a few successful orders but this last time I think it will be our last time ordering from them. I paid three dollars more for a couple more toppings on half of a cheese pizza, they only gave me one of what I ordered extra. We are kind of far so we didn't come back this time because on one past occasion my husband had to come back, the pizza was burned and we didn't realize until everyone was served and had bit into the slices. Delivery driver could be a little nicer and not in such a rush, he literally handed me my food and walked away, he didn’t say hello and didn’t even stay around long enough for his tip, which I thought was strange but he was so short with me I just shrugged my shoulders and closed my door
The place looked closed when I drove up. The sign wasn't lit and some of the inside lights were off or turned low. When I went in, no one was making any pizzas - in fact, it looked spotless, like they had already cleaned up for the night. It was only 8:00 pm! They close at midnight. The pizza quality wasn't great, either, though we've had better pizza from this location previously. We paid extra for jalapenos on one pizza and got maybe 2 sad jalapenos on it. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it arrived cheese. You literally had one job. Just a reminder why Papa Roni's is so much better
