Every time I order to the hospital, every single time, they deliver cold pizza to a place they aren't told to. They don't tell me where they abandoned my food. I have to go looking for it. They are dismissive about 20-40 dollars for cold food at best, rude at worst. I have never gotten an apology. It has never changed. I really must stop ordering Papa John's.
I ordered to go, while ordering Jeremy seemed rushed and didn't want to help with anything... I asked for Parmesan cheese packets to come with my pizza which is being delivered he answered$0.10 a pack. I declined. Won't recommend this Papa John's to anyone. I just hope it's hot when it gets here.. normally I love Papa John's..
I messed up my order time, and I called and they immediately started making my order to help me out. Fantastic service! Thank you guys so much!
