Good service and orders are generally always correct with quick delivery.
Lexi the manager: 10/10 do not recommend. She was rude and hateful. I truly hope this is not the customer experience Papa John’s expects customers to be okay with
Lexi the manager is awful and should be fired. The delivery guy couldn’t find my address and went back to the store. Had to call an hour later to find out they couldn’t find address. When called they brought out the same cold pizza that had been sitting for an hour. When called and told manager pizza was disgusting she refused to give me a refund. Terrible food. Terrible service.
Every time I order to the hospital, every single time, they deliver cold pizza to a place they aren't told to. They don't tell me where they abandoned my food. I have to go looking for it. They are dismissive about 20-40 dollars for cold food at best, rude at worst. I have never gotten an apology. It has never changed. I really must stop ordering Papa John's.
