Ordered a specialty pizza and was delivered a cheaper alternative without being told. Instead of calling me for approval or asking what I wanted to do, they just sent the cheaper pizza. Called and spoke with Keith (claimed to be the manager and sounded completely incompetent) who said they don’t carry the ingredients for what I ordered, so they sent the cheaper alternative instead. Refused a refund unless I drove the incorrect pizza back. It's unreasonable to expect me to spend my own time and money to correct their mistake.... read more
Papa Johns Pizza is the place to be. The best pizza around, the best bar, and the coolest atmosphere. They have more than pizza. The burgers and wings are excellent too!
Tonight I ordered two pizzas and an order of bacon cheese sticks from the Morehead City location. When I received my order, the toppings on one of the pizzas had slid off half of the pizza. I immediately called the store and the lady I spoke with said that she would send another one out right away. For some reason I had not even checked the bread sticks.
