Ordered delivery for 2 large pizzas with a promo code. The pizzas were given to the wrong person and my order was cancelled after an hour of waiting. Called to ask what happened to my order, they said they were sorry and put me on hold for 20 mins. Called again and they sounded very put off by having me call again. Asked for them to check if the promo code was still on the order and they said yes, then hung up without another word. Poor service, poor pizza, Papa Johns.
Zack is the best!!! Super helpful, focused, and kind. I ordered delivery my first night in my new apartment (as one does) and in the midst of chaos that ensues with moving, I totally forgot to update my delivery address. I called the store and Zack helped me get everything straightened out while managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously; he obviously had a lot going on but still took great care of me. Absolute angel and a 10/10 employee. You da man, Zack.
Pretty good honestly
I ordered a pizza for delivery yesterday, the new pan pizza. Best pizza I've gotten from any pizza place in a looooong time. Perfect pizza!!!! Good job to the staff, keep it up.
