First time Papa John’s customer and at the Bonham Texas store. Atmosphere: loud music Service: only one known employee and they seemed disinterested in my business Food: Absolutely the worst Pizza in Bonham. Pizza, chicken papa bites and garlic sauce tasted artificial. Since John Schnatter resigned as CEO the whole Papa Johns experience has deteriorated especially in its franchises.
Always have good food.
Depending on who’s working here, customer service is a hit or miss. Either you’ll get someone who’s nice, or you’ll get someone who has an attitude. The only thing consistent is the fact that they are always understaffed and it takes forever to do a pick up order. If you’re going to do carry out, wait at least an hour. No chance your order will be done in the 15-30 minute time frame- even when the only thing you’ve ordered is a single pizza.
