I ordered a sausage pizza off GrubHub. I did everything I was supposed to do in the app. I got my pizza. They gave me a cheese pizza. I called the store and let them know the mistake they made. They told me that they didn’t receive a receipt for a sausage pizza and that I made a mistake or GrubHub made a mistake but I clicked on all the right options there is no way The person on the phone completely disregarded my complaint. Great local owner, clean store. No complaints.
Impressive! Adrian (owner and manager) truly cares in what he does. Though it's a chain, obviously, he makes each customer feel as if they are important, at least this was my impression. He's a very welcoming guy from first greeting. In speaking with him, I came to learn that he is a third generation chef and he believes, in his words, that "everyone who enters is family" and is treated as such. It shows.
